Implementation decisions

What this phase covered.

Ownership before migration.

I brought account, device, file, subscription and payment-method records into one inventory and checked missing access details.

Back up, then move agreed content.

I prepared company accounts and permissions, backed up files, and moved selected content into OneDrive and SharePoint. This was a staged rollout, not a complete migration of every company file or user.

Support actual use.

I guided 5–6 early users through the accounts, files and Microsoft 365 tools, including general Copilot use, and followed up on practical questions. Wider adoption remained a next step.

Keep cleanup visible.

Duplicate subscriptions and old payment methods were documented for follow-up.

Project: December 2025–February 2026. The setup was in use from February 2026.
